What inspaid stores when you connect Instagram or a wallet, why it is stored, and how to have it deleted.

01

Who we are

inspaid (inspaid.app) is an independent platform operated by Alexis Dimitri Loor Andrade (autónomo, El Prat de Llobregat, Spain) that lets creators launch and track creator coins on Solana. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.

02

Data we collect

Instagram Business Login (with your explicit authorization): your Instagram user ID, username, name, biography, profile picture URL, account type, website and follower count, plus aggregated insights such as reach, views and interactions. We also store the Solana wallet address you verify, the coins you launch, recorded fee allocations and payout records you create.

03

Why we use it

Instagram data identifies you as the owner of a handle so earnings and coins can be linked to the right creator, and to display public creator pages. Insights are shown back to you in your own dashboard. We never post, comment or send messages on your behalf.

04

Kick, YouTube, Twitch and X

If you choose to connect a Kick, YouTube, Twitch or X account, you sign in on that platform and we read, once, your channel ID, channel handle, display name, profile picture and (for YouTube) public subscriber count. We use them only to prove the channel is yours, so coins launched for it can pay you, and to show the channel name and picture on its public earnings page. We never post, never read messages and do not store the access token: it is discarded right after that single read. You can disconnect a channel from your dashboard at any time, which deletes the stored fields. YouTube sign-in uses the YouTube API Services; by connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies. inspaid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements: that data is only used to verify channel ownership and show it on inspaid, is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared except as needed to run the service. You can revoke inspaid's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, in Twitch under Settings > Connections, in Kick under your account settings, or in X under Settings > Security and account access > Apps and sessions.

05

The InsPaid Wall and Studio Lot

If you use the InsPaid Wall we store your posts (photos and text), comments, likes, reposts, follows, reports, the username, name, bio, banner and profile picture you choose, and the notifications created for you. Posts, comments and profiles are public and can be shared outside InsPaid (for example as previews on X). Photos are stored privately and only shown while the post is visible. New posts are checked automatically for harmful content by an AI model (through our AI provider) before they are published; the content is used only for that check. We also store season points, streaks, invite links you used and creators you told about InsPaid, to run seasons and badges. In Studio Lot we store your game progress, items and the name you choose to play as. You can delete any of your posts at any time; to delete your Wall profile and game data, write to the contact address below.

06

What is public and what is not

Public pages may show your Instagram, Kick, YouTube, Twitch or X handle, profile picture, Wall posts and profile, confirmed launches and completed payouts by handle, amount and date. Access tokens, payout destinations, PayPal details, account identifiers and internal references are never public.

07

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, database and authentication, Solana RPC providers and pump.fun for on-chain launches). An AI provider runs the automatic content check of new Wall posts. Blockchain transactions are inherently public.

08

Retention

Instagram data is kept while your account is connected. Removing the app from Instagram, or sending a data deletion request, deletes your stored access token, profile fields and collected metrics. On-chain records cannot be deleted because they live on a public blockchain.

09

Your rights and deletion

You can disconnect Instagram from your dashboard at any time, remove inspaid under Instagram Settings > Apps and Websites, or contact us. Deauthorization and data deletion requests are processed automatically and immediately.
