Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you launch a coin, verify a wallet or request a payout on inspaid.
Acceptance
By using inspaid (inspaid.app) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Independent service
inspaid is an independent third-party product with no affiliation to Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Solana or pump.fun. Trademarks belong to their owners.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally allowed to use crypto services. The InsPaid Wall, Studio Lot and every other part of the service are for adults only. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Accounts and wallets
You are responsible for your Instagram account, your wallet keys and every transaction you sign. A verified wallet proves control of that wallet at the moment of signing. Verifying a wallet already linked elsewhere moves it to your current account.
Acceptable use
No impersonation, misleading claims, unlawful content, infringing media, market manipulation or automated abuse of the service. We may remove content and restrict access when these rules are broken.
The InsPaid Wall (posts, comments and profiles)
You are responsible for everything you post on the InsPaid Wall: photos, text, comments, profile names, bios and pictures. Only post content you own or have the right to share. No nudity or sexual content, nothing involving minors, no violence or gore, hate speech, harassment, threats, scams, fake giveaways, phishing or wallet-drainer links, sales of weapons or drugs, or other people's private data. By posting you give inspaid a non-exclusive, free licence to host, display and share that content on the service (for example on post pages and previews on X) until you delete it. New posts pass an automatic content check and we may hide, remove or refuse content, and suspend accounts, that break these rules. Usernames are permanent and impersonating a person or brand is not allowed.
Reporting content and contact for authorities
Anyone can report a post or comment with the report button on it; our team reviews every report and hides content that breaks the rules, usually within 24 hours. You can also report illegal content, ask about a moderation decision or contact us as an authority (Digital Services Act single point of contact) at aloorand@gmail.com, in English or Spanish. If we remove your content you can reply to that address to ask for a review.
Seasons, points, badges and contests
Season points, streaks, badges, titles and in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or crypto and are never paid out; we may adjust or remove points obtained through bots, multiple accounts or abuse. Token of the Week prizes follow the rules published on its page; we may disqualify coins or accounts involved in wash trading, bots or fake accounts.
Coins and fee allocation
Anyone may launch a coin associated with a public handle; an Official label means only that the launcher verified control of the matching Instagram account. Recorded creator-fee collections are allocated 80% to the creator, 15% to buybacks and 5% to burns. An operation counts as executed only once its transaction is verifiably recorded.
Claims and payouts
Withdrawal requests are recorded as pending and reviewed manually. Creating a claim does not automatically transfer SOL, USDC or PayPal funds, and payout timing is not guaranteed.
No financial advice, no warranty
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. The service is provided as is, without warranty of value, liquidity, fee generation or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, third-party services or blockchain activity.
Trading at your own risk and limitation of liability
You launch, buy, sell, trade and claim at your own risk and under your sole responsibility. inspaid does not execute, control or reverse trades, holds no user funds for trading and is not a party to any transaction between users or with third-party platforms such as pump.fun. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, inspaid and its founders accept no responsibility or liability for any economic loss (including loss of funds, coins, profits or opportunities), trading decision, price movement, failed, delayed or mistaken transaction, legal, regulatory or tax consequence, or any other damage arising directly or indirectly from activity carried out on or through the site. You agree to indemnify inspaid and its founders against claims arising from your own use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
